TripMaster is a transportation scheduling application that allows you to organize and manage your:

Customers	Effectively manage the business relationships with the individuals and businesses that pay you money. This is the lifeblood of your business and personalized service is what it is all about. TripMaster provides the tools to collect, manage and effectively use this information. Using Alerts, you can set up dates for each Customer to be alerted when items require attention. With Notes you can keep all of the notes in one place for each Customer so they are always available to everyone who needs them. Media allows you to associate images (pictures, maps, etc.) with the Customer file. You can track an infinite number of Phones, Addresses, Contacts, Alerts, Notes and Media for each Customer.
Passengers	Track the needed information for each person that rides with you. A Passenger can be a Customer if they are paying for the trip, although it is not necessary. If the Passenger is a Customer, the two files are kept synchronized to eliminate duplicate information. Using Alerts, you can set up dates for each Passenger to be alerted when items require attention. With Notes you can keep all of the notes in one place for each Passenger so they are always available to everyone who needs them. Notes are a excellent place to keep directions and special needs for Passengers. Media allows you to associate images (pictures, maps, etc.) with the Passenger file. You can track an infinite number of Phones, Addresses, Contacts, Alerts, Notes and Media for each Passenger .
Vehicles	Vehicles are the primary tool of your business. Effectively managing them is key to a successful operation. TripMaster provides the tools to collect, manage and effectively use this information. Using Alerts, you can set up dates for each Vehicle to be alerted when items such as license renewal, oil change, etc. need to be accomplished. You may elect to have an Alert enforced, which will stop the use of a Vehicle in an Order if an Alert is past due. With Notes you can keep all of the notes in one place for each Vehicle so they are always available to everyone who needs them. Media allows you to associate images with the Vehicle file. You can track an infinite number of Alerts, Notes and Media for each Vehicle.
Staff	Keep track of the people working for you and identify the functions they perform. Manage the scheduling of staff and functions, as well as publishing those schedules. Using Alerts, you can set up dates for each Staff person to be alerted when items (license renewal, training, etc.) require attention. With Notes you can keep all of the notes in one place for each Staff person so they are always available to everyone who needs them. Media allows you to associate images (pictures, maps, etc.) with the Staff file. You can track an infinite number of Phones, Addresses, Contacts, Alerts, Notes and Media for each person on your staff.

With Notes you can keep all of the notes in one place for each Vendor so they are always available to everyone who needs them. Media allows you to associate images (pictures, maps, etc.) with the Vendor file. You can track an infinite number of Phones, Addresses, Contacts, Alerts, Notes and Media for each Vendor.
Orders
Communication with external (i.e. accounting or web) systems	Information is useless unless it can be used where it is needed. TripMaster uses RJ Systems Inc. proprietary PublishIt! technology to allow you to publish data from TripMaster in forms that are readable by other applications. Selected information can be published in forms readable by applications such as QuickBooks or other accounting software to keep your business in sync. PublishIt! provides the ability to selectively publish data to printers or in other forms such as HTML for web distribution, csv (comma separated values) files that can be loaded into other applications such as Excel, Word and many others.
