A system used to maintain a multi level parts catalog for many high tech component manufacturers. Provided an Explorer interface to ease navigation of the parts hierarchy. The catalog uses an underlying technology, Screens On The Fly, to dynamically create the UI on the fly as the user navigates the object model.

Used to manage employee time records for small manufacturing environments. Time is entered using bar codes and a scanner. Provided interfaces to manage the employee and time information as well as print bar codes and time documents.

Part of a team developing a tool used to configure a server for sale based on available components with configuration validation. Responsible for screen capture and printing using the WinAPI. Also responsible for daily builds and source code management for a team deployed across the US.

A system deployed world wide to allow forecasting of sales. This consisted of two components. The first allows for creation and maintenance of all sales orders which uses a complex multi-level data structure in several currencies. It allows selection of data from a detailed criteria definition screen that developed optimized SQL on the fly to retrieve the requested data. This tool is connected to an Oracle back end. The second component was co-developed to allow users to select data from the data warehouse and create reports, spreadsheets, database tables or text files on the fly. This tool can attach to any datasource and build an internal structure from which the user can select fields and apply attributes to the selections. The results of the users choices are directed to Excel via OLE automation, Access or a text file.

On-line system with over 200 users. Links DOS and Windows client and lead tracking systems with a common interface for ordering of literature (over 1,000 items) and FAXBack documents (over 1,200 documents) while on the phone with the customer. Allows review on all orders processed with minute by minute feedback on order fulfillment status. Implementation was attributed with a 20% increase in call volume for users of the system. This system was upsized from MS Access to MS SQL Server.

On-line system to process inbound lead information received from outside vendors. Scores the lead based on table driven criteria, and assigns the lead to the appropriate individual / team based on additional table driven criteria. This system was upsized from MS Access to MS SQL Server.

Manages a process server. Polls servers on the WAN to manage in and out bound orders and Faxes. Manages both DOS and windows applications running unattended at specified times. This system was upsized from MS Access to MS SQL Server.

Manages orders for outbound FAX library of over 1,000 FAX documents ordered from various OLTP systems. Updates history files as to disposition of FAX requests on a real-time basis. This system was upsized from MS Access to MS SQL Server.

Mail order on-line sales with a product line of around 250 part numbers with a customer base of over 12,000. Managed bulk mail preparation, order processing , literature fulfillment, history reporting and state and federal tax reporting.
